Developed by expert workshop facilitators, the Birkman Map: Interests Toolkit gives you the resources to drive insightful discussions with teams, helping them explore their Interests in the workplace. By exploring their Interests, individuals gain increased knowledge around their energizers and "energy zappers" in the workplace, as well as the tasks and activities they may prioritize most and least. Filled with activities and personal reflection, the goal of this workshop is to create fun, interesting dialogue for teams.
