Description

Individually the Birkman Components provide helpful insight into a person’s Usual and Stress behavior, as well as their Needs. However, individuals don’t just exhibit one behavior at a time, rather the nine Components interact together to affect behavioral patterns for the total person. Consequently, when studying an individual’s personality characteristics, it is essential to look at Component combinations and not just isolated Components.

In this session, we will discuss specific Components along with the mitigating or reinforcing effects of other Components that impact behavioral outcomes.

This is an EXCELLENT discussion of significant Birkman Component combinations, with the impacts caused by the combinations. Because Tom mentions this, it is worth considering watching Patti Hansen’s course on the Birkman Molecule prior to this course.
