Birkman Refresher: Component Anchors, Organizational Focus, Using Image Management and Guide Pages in Coaching
Back by popular demand, Dr. Dana will share more of his in-depth ideas and insights in an advanced workshop designed exclusively for Birkman Certified Professionals. Topics will include:
• Birkman Component Language Refresher, showing the new anchor words
• Using Organizational Focus with Teams
• Using Image Management as a framework for a Birkman Conversation
• Coaching with the Birkman Guide Pages through the lens of the Birkman Molecule and the Five-Factor Model
While we build solid foundational understanding using individual behavioral components, there are additional reports available for Birkman Professionals to use with Teams and for more in-depth Coaching engagements. Using Organizational Focus with Teams can be a powerful addition to Map-based conversations and understanding the Image Management score as background to approach a Birkman Conversation can provide helpful insight into the person’s outlook on the world. Finally, with the frame of the Birkman Molecule and Five-Factor Model in Psychology (OCEAN Model), we will share insights and approach in using the Birkman Guide Pages as a jumping off point for a rich and robust in-depth Coaching Conversation. Since this session includes Advanced topics, participants need to have a solid understanding of and comfort with Birkman Components and their common patterns.
