One of the gems we found in the Birkman Archive was The Birkman Molecule developed by Larry Lee, PhD. In this webinar, we will dive into his flagship model and provide an in-depth discussion of several Birkman concepts. What is the significance of this model? Dr. Lee was inspired to create The Birkman Molecule after working extensively with The Birkman Method during his career at Boeing. Mindset Coaching    Registration Deadline:  Prerequisite: Birkman Certified Professional (Level 1, Legacy 1, Signature Certification, The Birkman Method) Mindset Coaching is an interactive, experiential program designed to empower coaches and consultants to take their engagements to the next level. By exploring the Birkman Perspectives scales, consultants can explore their own Birkman Mindset and learn how to use this powerful data to coach clients and leaders. Through engaging activities, deep dialogue, relevant case studies, and real coaching conversations, consultants will leave feeling ready to use the Birkman Mindset report to ramp up their coaching conversations.    This course is designed around the Birkman Perspectives, six meta-scales that allow individuals to explore their deeply held beliefs. These data help individuals explore the why behind their behaviors, decisions, and attitudes in their work and personal lives.     The following are a few important notes to consider before registering for this program:  This program is not designed to teach coaching skills and/or models but how to use the Birkman Mindset report in coaching and/or leadership conversations. Participants should have moderate to high experience applying coaching competencies to conversations. This level of expertise will be the most successful in applying the Birkman Mindset report.   This program is focused on applying the Mindset report and does not serve as a technical deep dive into the Perspectives scales. Instead, attendees will learn about the six scales, the implications of high, moderate, and low scores, and different Perspectives patterns.   You will get the most out of this program by digging into their report, sharing their perspectives, and engaging in dialogue. Participants will be asked to bring their own personal development or coaching challenge to class as context to explore their report.    Successful completion of Mindset Coaching unlocks access to the Mindset Report and qualifies a coach with the credentials to offer the Birkman Mindset experience.       The Birkman Mindset report:  Reveals an individual's belief system pertaining to the six Perspectives described by The Birkman Method. These beliefs subconsciously influence everything people do regarding work and relationships.  Can be used to apply Birkman more deeply in the workplace, with applications including but not limited to leadership development, executive coaching, conflict interventions, and succession planning. Birkman Mindset can be an extremely helpful tool when the issue or opportunity lies deeper than a discussion around behaviors or interests.  Is recommended to be used with individuals who already have a foundation of emotional intelligence and are ready to take the next big step in their self-awareness journey due to the depth that the Perspectives scales can potentially uncover.     Mindset Coaching includes:  The Exploring Image Management course—This two-hour self-paced course provides a deeper dive into one of the Perspectives scales, Image Management. Participants are expected to watch the videos included in this course before attending the live training.   Pre-Certification Conversation- This 60-minute conversation with a facilitator allows you to explore your Birkman Mindset report to deepen your mindset.  Certification - Throughout the in-person certification, participants will expand their knowledge on all six Perspectives scales, explore the application of the Mindset report, and practice conversations.
