One of the gems we found in the Birkman Archive was The Birkman Molecule developed by Larry Lee, PhD. In this webinar, we will dive into his flagship model and provide an in-depth discussion of several Birkman concepts. What is the significance of this model? Dr. Lee was inspired to create The Birkman Molecule after working extensively with The Birkman Method during his career at Boeing. He began to notice common patterns and connections between each of the Components and realized they play a significant role in an individual’s behavior. He created this model to serve as a cheat sheet to help others better understand and apply Birkman data.  Updated with current Component names, we will use Dr. Lee’s research to explore the ways Components are connected and interact with one another to define the inherent characteristics that make each of us different.  Learn how to make your next conversation about Birkman more meaningful!
